• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your items.

Return & Exchange Process

4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Timeline
